Refund Eligibility
We understand that circumstances can sometimes change. Please review our specific refund conditions below:
Service Provider Initiated Cancellation: A full refund will be issued only if Destiny's Loop service providers cancel a client's membership due to a violation of our Terms of Service. This refund is applicable only if the client is within the first five (5) days of their current service month.
Unauthorized Charges: A refund may be granted if a client can demonstrate they did not intentionally sign up for our services and can provide sufficient evidence proving they had no knowledge or awareness of the charge.
#Non-Refundable Situations
Please be aware of the following conditions under which refunds will not be issued:
After Five Days of Service: No refunds will be given after the initial five (5) days of service, regardless of when a cancellation request is made. For example, if a client cancels on the sixth day of service, no refund for the current month will be provided.
Cancellations After Five Days: If a cancellation request is made after the first five (5) days of the service month, the cancellation will take effect for the upcoming billing month, not the current month. You will retain access to services for the remainder of the current month.
#Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment processor, Stripe. While we facilitate the refund request, the actual transaction processing times may vary according to Stripe's procedures and your financial institution.
